About EVX Bootcamp

EVX Bootcamp is a strength and conditioning program that was created in 2014 by CrossFit coach and athlete Erin Vanasse. The goal of this group is to create a safe and judgement-free environment for all fitness levels (especially beginners!) to workout.

 

Mom & Baby Bootcamp:

EVX Mom & Baby Bootcamp is a group fitness class dedicated to moms and their babies that are looking to get moving after birth.

The goal of this group is to create a safe and judgement-free environment for women of all fitness levels (especially beginners) to get together to meet other moms, and of course workout!

The workouts are designed to increase strength and condition, to be able to keep up with your kids! All bodyweight movements that can be scaled to accommodate beginners, and any limitations or injuries. 

Bring your kids, a yoga mat, and get ready to sweat!

EVX Women's Only Bootcamp:

A fitness program for women only. A safe and judgement free environment. A really supportive group of women from your community! All fitness levels are welcome. All bodyweight movements, no equipment needed, just a yoga mat and water bottle!

Rockland Classes:

Tuesdays: 7:00 - 8:00 pm

- Carrefour Jeunesse Elementary School (winter)

EVX Bootcamp @ Lansdowne:

2 DAYS // 2 TIMES!!! Come get a sweat on before work, or during your lunch break! Right downtown in the heart of Lansdowne, 50 minute classes. All fitness levels are welcome. All bodyweight movements, no equipment needed, just a yoga mat and water bottle!

Mondays & Wednesdays:

6:30 - 7:20 am

12:00 - 12:50 pm
